The Group
Werner Kuhn has spent more than four decades in professional kitchens. In 2005, he brought that experience to Changkat Bukit Bintang and opened his first restaurant. Twenty-one years and seven venues later, the group he built spans two KL neighbourhoods, from a rooftop with a retractable roof to a dining room in complete darkness. The range is deliberate. What holds it together isn't a house style. It's a respect for provenance, for craftsmanship, and for the quiet architecture of an evening done right: how the steak is grilled, how the whisky is poured, and whether you'll remember the night a month from now.
